As a great local example, meet the Monroe dining table. As it turns out, Monroe was built right across the street from our new office. His beechwood top is sourced from a Wisconsin Dairy Farm combine that with his reclaimed cast iron legs with a total weight of 250 pounds. the dimensions are 84 x 30 x 32 inches. The look is antique industrial chic and the craftsmanship unparalleled. Not only is Monroe an excellent example of reusing and repurposing in design, he’s good for the local economy, too.
The Monroe dining table and other eco responsible products are made by the Brothers of Industry (Carpinteria, CA) specializing in the use of beautiful reclaimed lumber and metal from across the US to fashion residential and commercial lighting, furniture, flooring, and paneling.
