One of our goals is making sure you never pay for the construction of a project that your not absolutely confident about.  How can you avoid paying for design work you don’t want? Fast and efficient 3D models help make sure you know what you’re getting before you have it built .

Today there is no better way to understand and have a feel for new designs than to see them in 3-D. Rather than you having to rely on your imagination to visualize floor plans and elevation in 3D, our software allows you to virtually walk through your home before even approving any specs or designs. Want to see that living room wall with bay windows? No problem. Want to check out the view from the window? Step right up. Changed your mind and now want no windows? Hold on a sec.

Three-D design is a fast and efficient way to get involved in every part of the design process. When architects actually design with you, the client — and present other, different or better options — you’ll be better equipped to make informed decisions on a design that’s perfect for you.

As you can see from the three images below, each additional step gives you more information about how your home is going to look and feel. The goals is to have a complete set of drawings before construction begins with everything picked out down to the smallest detail. This allows for apples to apples construction estimates so you know exactly what you are going to get and the contractor can budget for specific materials and fixture reducing the chance of surprise extra costs during construction.
